Whether you want a home office with doors leading out to the garden, a light and spacious playroom for the little ones or your very own gym or meditation room, we can make your property dreams a reality.

At Concept Two, we take on the day-to-day responsibilities of construction and site management, so you don’t have to.

We’ll work closely with you to really understand what it is you want in a home. And we’ll pore over every detail at every step to ensure the end result not only meets your expectations but exceeds it. By partnering with Concept Two, you can relax knowing you have the skills and experience to create a luxury custom build you will love to live in.

Our Process

Step One

Firstly, we’ll explain how we work alongside you to plan, design and build your bespoke home. We’ll also go through our flexible package options and discuss what you can expect from us at every stage.

Step Two

Next, we’ll arrange an initial meeting to listen to your specific needs and ideas. Then we’ll talk about your aspirations for your designer home. We’ll also explain in greater detail how we can provide expert advice and meet your expectations.

Step Three

We’ll collaborate with you to develop and finalise a detailed plan that meets your needs. While this is in progress and prior to final design approval, we’ll arrange all the necessary reports and finalise the specifications and finishes.

Step Four

Next, we’ll submit the scheme to the Local Authority Planning Department for approval. Usually, we receive planning consent within 8–12 weeks of submission.

Step Five

We’ll carry out a detailed breakdown of costs. This will also act as a binding agreement and will contain the full specification, fixed-price quotation, payment schedule and completion date.

Step Six

We’ll receive planning permission approval from the Local Authority and a certificate to commence work. Then, site preparation and construction phases begin

Step Seven

Once your house is built and we’ve received final sign-off from the warranty providers and local authority building inspectors, you’ll be able to move into your brand-new home.

Step Eight

After six months, we’ll come back and correct any minor defects or issues that remain. We won’t finish until you’re completely happy with the end result..

I believe it’s important to really listen to our clients and show an unbiased approach. My aim is to always reflect their wishes and personality to create a beautiful and timeless living space. My love of beautiful architecture definitively helps when it comes to designing and creating spaces within the home. I also have a passion for travel and draw inspiration from a wide range of styles – The world is a melting pot of cultures and tastes and I’m inspired every time I visit somewhere new.
