Established in 1971, we're a family-owned business in the South East of England, working across the Home Counties including Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Kent, Surrey, and Sussex. As experienced property developers and bespoke house builders, we recognised a gap in the market for home buyers with specific lifestyle aspirations that simply weren't being addressed. Our solution? To create luxury bespoke properties, designed and built from the finest materials to the highest standards.
Over the years, we've won several awards for our custom built houses. But what's really important to us is to build a strong relationship with you, so we can create your perfect new home that suits your lifestyle. Nothing is more rewarding than making your property dreams a reality.
So, if you've been looking for the perfect home without success, it's probably because it doesn't exist...until now.
If being on-site and managing your own build feels daunting or simply doesn't fit in with your life commitments, then a custom build home is the perfect solution. You get to enjoy all the fun and creative parts, then relax by handing over the complex and technical aspects to us, the experts.
If you're looking for a plot of land to build your own house, we can help. Our plots are located in desirable locations across the Home Counties. To find out what we currently have available, give us a call today.
